Why it matters

In construction, every second and every detail matters. The tools to measure them haven't kept up.

The helmet

A hard hat that sees every room.

Omni-directional cameras and an on-board AI engine turn a standard walkthrough into a complete record of what's been built.

A worker wearing the scanning helmet with cameras mounted on each side
  • Omni cameras360° capture of every wall, floor and ceiling
  • AI engineMapping and detection run on the edge, no Wi-Fi needed
  • Hands freeHands stay on the tablet and the work

Capabilities: 360° visuals, real-time capture, quantity takeoffs, scope descriptions, cost breakdowns, contract verification.

How it works

From RFP to verified room, without leaving the room.

  1. The contract, broken down before the job starts.

The analyzer reads every section of the RFP and organizes it into scope, requirements, deliverables, risks and clarifications. Expected quantities per room come out as takeoffs.

  2. Walk in. The room builds itself in 3D.

The helmet maps the room as you move. Detection marks doors, windows, cabinets and switches, each with a confidence score.

  3. Every item checked against the contract.

As-built counts are lined up against the RFP takeoffs. Matches are confirmed, gaps are flagged, and each flag carries the clause behind it.

  4. The answer, in your hand, in the room.

The report lands on the tablet. Raise an RFI or approve the change on the spot, and the decision is logged.

What you get

Time. Cost. Accuracy.

Time

Scan as fast as you can walk.

Corridors, stairwells and rooms are mapped in 3D while you move through them, and the report is ready before you leave.

Accuracy

Every count checked against the contract.

The assistant app

Your estimator, accountant and project engineer.

Estimates, proposals, invoices and payroll from your phone, by tapping or just by asking. Works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

Example voice conversation

"Hey Alexa, submit invoice."

"No problem. For how much?"

"For 80%."

"Done. It's out for signature and on its way to your contract manager."

The outdated process

Every second and every detail matters. Traditional scanning wastes both.

A worker sets up a tripod-mounted scanner in an office corridor

Traditional tools

Stop. Set up. Scan. Repeat.

  • A tripod and a setup at every scan position
  • Data processed back at the office
  • Reports days later
  • Lost time between finding a problem and fixing it

Brilliant Builders

Just walk.

  • The helmet captures the site as you move
  • The AI engine processes it on the spot
  • Takeoffs and reports before you leave the room
  • Decisions made on site, while they still count

See it in action

Faster. Smarter. Brilliant.

Who it's for

Built for everyone who signs off on the work.

A superintendent wearing the helmet checks the tablet in a stairwell

Less rework. Faster closeout.

  • Find scope gaps before drywall, not at punch list
  • Raise RFIs from the room with the scan attached
  • A logged record of what was installed settles disputes

FAQ

Questions contractors ask first.

How accurate are the counts?

Each detection carries a confidence score, and low-confidence items are marked for a quick human check instead of being counted silently. In a pilot we measure accuracy against a manual count on your project.

Does it need internet on site?

No. Mapping and detection run on an NVIDIA Jetson Nano carried with the helmet. Reports sync when a connection is available.

How long does it take to train a field team?

If you can walk a room, you can scan it. Training is mostly about reading the report and using the RFI and approve actions, and we run it on site at the start of a pilot.

Who owns the scan data?

You do. Raw scans stay on your hardware by default, and you decide what gets synced or shared.

Can we use the assistant app on its own?

Yes. Estimates, proposals, invoices and payroll work without the helmet.
